The room includes a modern design with comfortable bed. Its location near the main train station and public transit is very useful. A grocery store near it make things easier. i enjoyed a pizza at the hotel restaurant. It was delicious.
the sink in my room started to drip, causing water to spill onto the floor. i also noticed a bit of rust on the trash can. otherwise, the room was clean.

The staff were helpful and polite at all times. They assisted with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. The reception desk was always staffed, I appreciated their constant availability.

the room was clean.
The air conditioning was not working properly. It made loud noises. The carpet seemed old and worn. staff, TOO, did not seem helpful in resolving the AC issue, i felt ignored.

the room was clean and included basic amenities it provided a comfortable stay for one person i found the location very convenient given its proximity to the bus station the staff were helpful and efficient with check-in.
the room decor looked somewhat dated.

the hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the premises the lobby includes seating areas and a 24-hour front desk is available it also has a restaurant serving pizza and other dishes.

breakfast options included a variety of sweet and savory items i noticed lactose-free milk alternatives were also available the restaurant menu featured pizza that many guests seemed to enjoy and praised.

the front desk staff were helpful in providing directions and information housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness they were quick to respond to requests such as ironing clothes when asked.
